Booking process

“RHODESGREECETOURS.com” processes orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, this means within 24 HOURS, however, depending on the complexity of the booking and how far in advance the order is made, the time necessary to complete the order may vary. Orders are prioritized chronologically and processed as soon as technically possible. If the preferred date(s)/time(s) are not available, we will inform you that we will be not able to accept your request or can suggest another date and time if it is convenient for you. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you provide us with all information and instructions in connection with your order, including all limitations that might apply (e.g.: arrival date/time in town, number of days to stay on the island, time restrictions in case that the preferred time is not available, etc.). “RHODESGREECETOURS.com” price includes reservation fees and all fees regarding our tours and e-services. Extra expenses like food, drinks, tickets of museums, entrance fees etc, are not included in the fare agreed for your private tour. Tips and Gratitudes are optional. It is up to you if you decide to tip your driver on the day of the tour. Once we have all needed booking information we will send you a confirmation of your reservation so that you will have a justification of your order.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated by email writing to rhodesgreecetours@gmail.com.

There is no deposit needed for booking a private 4-seated taxi car. You can pay the quoted price on the day of the tour/transfer, directly to your driver by cash in Euro. For the private 4-seated sedan taxi cars we do not charge any cancellation fees but please cancel your tour at least 12 hours before the scheduled time booked.

For booking a bus, minivan or minibus we will need a 20 % advance payment by PayPal or credit card in order to secure your tour.
In case your ship doesn’t dock to Rhodes, NO Charge – Full Deposit Refund
If you cancel 20 or more days prior to the date of the tour, NO Charge – Full Deposit Refund
If you cancel 20 – 0 days prior to the date of the tour, or non-appearance, 100% of the Total Deposit Charged

 

Delays and NO-SHOWs

Upon confirmation of your service, you will receive an email from us specifying the details of the service as well as contact information for the local service providers (e.g. private guide, private driver) and contact information for assistance. If you anticipate that you will be delayed for any reason and will not be able to honor your scheduled meeting time, it is your responsibility to call the service supplier at the provided phone number or, if they are not available, the “RHODESGREECETOURS.com” office in Rhodes Greece, to inform of your delay. Whenever possible we will do our best to reschedule your meeting time at no extra cost, however, it may happen that a reschedule is not possible or that it incurs an additional cost. If a call is not made prior to reservation time, and/or you are not able to be present for your meeting time within one hour, the service will be considered a no-show. No-show clients cannot re-schedule the service and must re-book the service at the full price.

Meeting Point

It is your responsibility to arrive on time at the pre-arranged meeting point Port, Airport, Hotel.

With confirming your booking, you give us automatically permission to use your name on the welcoming board at the meeting point. Otherwise, you need to contact us with details on how we will locate you.
